How the Offer Works

This offer is available through our outpatient referral service, which allows referring practices to access advanced CT imaging while retaining full ownership of the client relationship.

Here’s how the process works:

• You refer for the specific diagnostic service you need
• We carry out the CT scan and return the images directly to your practice. VetCT specialist reporting is available as an optional add-on — if selected, a full clinical report will also be provided
• You communicate outcomes and next steps directly with your client

All CT services are invoiced directly to the referring practice. We do not provide quotes or pricing to your clients, so your practice remains the primary point of contact from start to finish.

What to Know Before You Refer

Before booking, please note the following:

• Prices are exclusive of VAT
• Each CT appointment is limited to two anatomical regions — view VetCT’s Visual Region Guide for reference
• VetCT reporting is available as an optional add-on and is not included in the offer price. If reporting is not requested, CT images will be returned to the referring practice for interpretation and storage
• Contrast studies are not included in the offer price and may be recommended at clinician discretion where clinically indicated — additional charges may apply
• The free fifth CT scan must be redeemed before 31 December 2026
