Most insurance underwriters will support claims for osteoarthritis management and regenerative medicine, however, we recommend you carefully check your insurance policy, and possibly discuss with your provider, to ensure that there are no specific exclusions. We regret that we cannot undertake direct claims, so all accounts must be settled in full at the time of consultation or procedure, and the claim then made to the insurance provider.

You should expect the session to take around an hour, dependent on how well your dog settles in. Due to the time spent, the gait analysis is the same price as our standard first consultation. Follow up analyses tend to take less time, around half an hour, and are standard follow up consult price. See our Price List page for details.
At the Clinic we pride ourselves on a very hands-off and stress-free environment. We see a lot of very reactive dogs and still manage to get some impressive results. If you are worried, then just give us a call!
